As a CASQA certified IGP QISP Trainer of Record (ToR), H2OEM provides the following Training Class:

IGP QISP Training San Diego: This is a one day mandatory classroom training course for IGP QISP certificate seekers as required by the California State Water Resources Control Board.

Pre-requisite: Candidates should have taken the IGP QISP exam prior to classroom training.

Course description: This course is the last required step to earn the IGP QISP certificate. Students shall have taken the IGP QISP exam prior to participation in this course. The course will cover the following topics:

• Introduction and brief review of IGP requirements
• Overview of Permit Requirements for QISPs
• QISP role and activities for new dischargers and for level 1 and level 2 exceedance facilities.
• Compliance Group Lead Qualifications and Responsibilities.
• How to conduct and report Annual Inspections.
• Level 1 ERA Process and Reports.
• Level 2 ERA Process and Technical Reports
• Sampling and Analysis (techniques, location selections, results reading)
• Case studies and Scenarios
• SMARTS
• Q&A
